On a public short interview, Matt was asked about what he thought of Iggy Azalea’s comment as a feminist on the much controversial Becky which is a term that is in Beyoncé’s new song, ‘sorry.’ Iggy had proclaimed that the name Becky was a stereotypical term used to describe white women.

Matt argued that there is no such thing as reverse racism meaning that he didn’t apprehend Iggy’s comment, he explained that what seems as a joke on one side is not a joke on the other side. He also added that black women are stereotyped and subjected to racism on a daily basis compared to white women who don’t face such issues. He concluded by saying that white people’s lives are not affected terribly but only their feelings get hurt when labeled as racists.
