Karen McNeil, described in court papers as a “mentally unstable celebrity stalker,” has been arrested for trespassing on singer Justin Timberlake’s property. McNeil, 48, was already under a restraining order from Guns N Roses frontman Axel Rose. When she was arrested after an attempt to entjustin_timberlakeer the home of Timberlake, 28, on October 22nd; she had been caught trying to gain access to the home on more than one occasion (in June she left a letter for the “SexyBack” singer that was described as “bizarre”). Timberlake’s security detained McNeil until LAPD arrived and took her into custody. McNeil was given a psychiatric evaluation and released. Court records state that McNeil may be homeless, and that her activities have “become much more alarming and her motivation and obsession have become more ominous, intrusive and threatening.” At a hearing November 9th, an LA Superior Court judge will consider whether to grant the Grammy-winning entertainer a three-year restraining order against McNeil.
