We all can definitely agree that Jonah Hill’s body transformation is body goals! Jonah revealed that his weight loss was from diet, lifestyle change, and giving up beer.

Another factor that he said was a contributor to his weight loss was having a food diary. In my opinion, having a food diary is a successful way in losing weight and actually keeping it off. It allows you to become aware of what you’re actually eating and how much of it.
