Halloween is right around the corner and it’s my favorite holiday! On Halloween there’s two types of girls. 1). The one who barely wears any clothes & 2). The one who dress like a total goofball… I’m not going to lie, I’m definitely the girl who likes to dress sexy for Halloween. The month of October I push myself extra hard in the gym and eat a lot healthier. However, for the most part I always find myself waiting anxiously to go to gym every day. Nothing makes me happier than a good lift and cardio session after a stressful day. With fitness you learn so much about yourself like your capabilities, discipline, and limits. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins which is the result of that “happy” feeling. Clearly I’m a huge fan of the gym. However, sometimes not everyone feels the same way.
