Two years ago, with a 60% vote needed to approve the amendment, the movement failed while garnering a total of 58%. But with over 71% of Florida voters OK’ing the legislation, a new world will be opening to patients in the area. “But Florida lawmakers must still draft rules for how the law will be implemented and regulated, a process that will begin in March.
