The “Big Bang Theory” cast members made an out-of-this world gesture to help out their co-stars.

The five original cast members of the hit CBS series, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg, reportedly agreed to a pay cut of $100,000 per episode so that newcomer stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch could rake in more per each episode. Bialik, the former star of “Blossom,” and Rauch joined the show early on in Season 3 and make roughly $200,000 per episode.

“The Big Bang Theory” has grossed over $1 billion in syndication for Warner Bros. The show has won nine Emmys, including Outstanding Comedy Series in 2014.
