The 80-years-old director and producer, Woody Allen’s first-ever TV series’ trailer is out now. This TV series is based on six episodes and it’s a comedy series called ‘Crises in Six Scenes.’ Allen co-stars with Miley Cyrus and Elaine May in the series which is set to debut on September 30.
This series follows a traditional suburban New York couple played by Allen and Elaine May, whose conservative beliefs and day-to-day life come under intense scrutiny by a young, loudmouth hippie played by Miley Cyrus, who is inspired by radical communist leaders. The whole series of six episodes is directed and written by Allen and is set in the 60s. Cyrus’ appearance in this film will mark her first significant role after appearing on Two and Half Men in 2012. Alongside Cyrus and Allen, Rachel Brosnahan and John Magaro will also appear in multiple episodes.
