Who would think that the fun and laughter you have in a theme park may turn out to be your last fun? Disney theme parks are the most famous parks and most numerous around the world. Despite that, Disney reputation is not spotless from accidents and deaths of its passengers or employees.
Karen Price one of the Disney cast fell off from one of the rides in Florida and sustained serious head injury and was rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately she died five days later.
The company was fined $25,000 for numerous safety violations. One if it was failing to install safety handrail that was reported to be missing.
In 2008, Disney announced that they would add a sensor that would prevent the ride from going whenever a passenger had not safely buckled or was in a dangerous area.
